- 10 or more: 30% off, that is €104 for a two-bedroom flat, with each scan delivered within 24 hours.

Tell us the property, the floor area and a date. The day before, we send a ten-point checklist to get the place ready.
Scan
An hour on site for a flat, with the Matterport Pro3. The seller does not need to be there.
Delivery
Within 48 working hours you get the tour, a plan of every floor, the HDR photos and the link.
Going live
You add the link to the listing. Buyers walk through, then book a viewing to confirm.

Frequently asked questions
What is a Matterport virtual tour?
A 3D tour of the property, built from our scans with the Matterport Pro3. Buyers move through it room by room on a computer or a phone, with nothing to install. The viewer is hosted by Matterport.
How much does a 3D tour of a flat or house cost?
The price depends on the floor area: €99 excl. VAT up to 40 m², €149 for 40 to 80 m², €219 for 80 to 150 m² and €319 for 150 to 250 m². Above that, on quote. Offices and work premises have their own grid, from €249 to €990 excl. VAT.
How long does the scan take?
About an hour for a flat, longer for a large house or offices. The seller does not need to be there. The place should be tidy and lit; we send a ten-point checklist the day before.
How do I put the tour on SeLoger or Leboncoin?
You get a link and an embed code. The link goes in the listing's virtual tour field, the code goes on your own website. You add them yourself, or we do it with you at delivery.
Is the floor plan included?
Yes. Every scan includes a schematic plan of each floor with the areas. The measured plan, with dimensions and the area of each room, is a €39 option for a home and included for offices.
Which towns do you cover?
Paris and the inner suburbs, Strasbourg and the Eurométropole, with no travel charge. Further out, €0.60 per kilometre. Give your town in your quote request.
I am selling my home myself, how does it work?
You pay by card when you book. You have 14 days to change your mind; if you want the scan sooner, tell us in writing and we come as soon as you are ready.
